ETCH & CLEAN
EAGLE ETCH & CLEAN is specially formulated to clean and remove minor efflorescence from concrete surfaces. ETCH & CLEAN is a mild acidic, concentrated cleaning solution that produces a light etch.
ETCH & CLEAN uses phosphoric acid, rather than muriatic acid, to lightly etch the surface which gently increases the porosity of the surface without damaging the substrate chemicals necessary for subsequent acid staining, thereby allowing better penetration of concrete stains and sealers.
DILUTION RATE:
The concentrated solution must be diluted with water prior to use. Add 1-part cleaning solution to 4-parts water: 1 gallon diluted into 4 gallons of water to make five gallons final volume.
